Refund policy

Refunds: We only offer refunds until your order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped, please see our return policy below. Gift cards & face masks are non-returnable/non-refundable items.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for returned items will be processed once we have received the item(s) back from you. All returned items must be in new (unwashed/unworn/unused) condition. We may not issue a refund if the item(s) are not in acceptable condition upon return. Refunds can sometimes take a number of business days to show up in your account after they have been processed by us. This is due to banking protocols beyond our control and we thank you for your patience in advance. Please include a note with any returns containing the order number and the reason for the return.

If you are shipping any item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges: If any error is made by us while fulfilling your order, we will send a prepaid return shipping label from Canada Post to you by email (printer required) or with your replacement, and we will send you a replacement free of charge. This policy does not apply to orders where an incorrect size/colour was chosen and you failed to notify us before your order was shipped. In this circumstance please see the return policy above. In this case, we recommend returning the item you want to exchange for a refund, and then placing a new order for the desired size/style. Face masks are not eligible for exchange. 

International orders: Due to high shipping costs to countries outside of Canada, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any merchandise purchased from the CCFR store. Some exceptions may apply, but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the CCFR.
